The In-Depth programs build on the Foundation work of the Four-Fold Way to take the learnings into another level of integration and deeper character work, by utilizing cross-cultural tools and practices, which develop inter-relational skills and enhance effective communication with self and others. Each program format focuses on self-trust, self-responsibility and a commitment to compassionate service. this work requires shifting the allegiance from fear and pride to the full expression of our gifts and talents to make a meaning contribution to families, organizations and communities. Practices for cultivating patience, compassion and flexibility will be integrated with additional skills to increase effectiveness in leadership, teamwork, and creative problem solving. Communication and conflict resolution skills are taught with an emphasis on personal and professional responsibility and accountability.
Each program includes a Wilderness Experience. Research demonstrates that solo time in Nature for 3 days and 2 nights provides a significant healing and transformative experience for anyone from adolescence throughout adulthood. Over 6,000 people nationally and internationally have benefitted from these life-changing wilderness experiences with Angeles and her Base Camp Crew. The Wilderness Experience can be modified for individuals with limited mobility or other issues to support their learning. Ideal for people in transition, or for those who want to increase their personal and professional effectiveness.
In-Depth Yearlong program – starts January 30th, 2013
Wednesday evenings from 6:30-8:30pm

The program meets on Wednesday evenings for twenty-three sessions, beginning in January, and completing in October, with a break during the summer months of July and August. It also includes a three-day two night solo Wilderness experience on several hundred acres of ceremonial land in Northern California in May/June to deepen the work. Research demonstrates that solo time in Nature for 3 days and 2 nights provides a significant healing and transformative experience for anyone from adolescence throughout adulthood. Four-Fold Way Summer 12-day In-Depth Residential Program – 2013

Theme: Communication, and Conflict Resolution
Location: at the Stillheart Institute, Woodside, CA
The 12-day Residential program is a full immersion into the In-Depth work of the Four-Fold Way, with a three-day, three-night wilderness experience mid-way to deepen the first week of learnings, and to enhance the integration work that comes during the second week. This immersion experience brings one into a deeper, more reflective place to integrate the In-Depth work. The program is held at the Stillheart Institute located in the exquisite redwood forests of the northern San Francisco Bay Area of California, and is near the town of Woodside California. It is an approximate 35 minute drive from San Francisco International Airport.
Pre-requisite: Foundation program or equivalent. Call the office for information. Retreat includes food, lodging and program cost.
